At A-Hjort, we have a lot of respect for our jewelry and we always receive all complaints with understanding and helpfulness.
If you have an accident and your jewelery has broken, we will of course help you.
We know that jewelry often has great and special significance and therefore we are ready to exchange for new or repair your jewelry.
If you want to advertise a piece of jewelery, you have to pay for the return shipping yourself, but it is easy and straightforward. However, it is important that you describe as accurately and in detail as possible what is wrong with the jewelry.

Simply send the jewelry in the jewelry box you received it in. Remember to describe as accurately and in detail as possible what is wrong with the jewelry
Put this in a regular envelope and send it as a regular letter
Attach the buyer's full name, delivery note or order no.

When you send an email, you must attach a picture of the piece of jewelery that is broken, so it is easier for us to help you quickly.
You have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act, from the day you have purchased the item.
